A new traffic detour is scheduled to be implemented at Southland Drive the week of April 8, 2026.
WHAT IS HAPPENING?
DETOUR ON SOUTHLAND OFF-RAMP
A traffic detour involving a lane shift on the Southland Drive off-ramp to Deerfoot Trail North will be implemented to support construction activities in this area. The ramp will remain open during this time.
OVERNIGHT WORK
Concrete barriers and traffic pylons will be installed overnight before the detour takes effect.
TIMELINES
The detour is expected to be in place for several months.
