LANE REALIGNMENT

Lane realignments on the ramps will replace the current ones to support traffic flow during this phase of work.

The northbound Deerfoot Trail to eastbound Glenmore Trail realignment will occur the week of September 22, 2025, followed by the removal of the current ramp and the paving of the new loop ramp from eastbound Glenmore Trail to northbound Deerfoot Trail. These activities will take a couple of weeks to be completed.

NIGHT AND DAYTIME ACTIVITIES

New signage and concrete barriers will be installed overnight to accommodate the traffic realignment and will remain in place until the new bridge has been completed.

Removal activities of the current loop ramp and paving of the new ramp will occur beside the lanes of travel during the day.

TIMELINES

The removal and construction activities for the new loop ramp are expected to take approximately two weeks to complete with the expectation that the traffic will shift to the new eastbound Glenmore to northbound Deerfoot loop ramp at the beginning of October.

Please note that all construction dates and timelines are subject to change based on weather conditions.
