  • Operations will be improved by reconfiguring the interchange at McKnight Boulevard NE.
  • New and improved traffic signals will be installed at the ramp from northbound Deerfoot Trail to eastbound McKnight Boulevard NE.
  • Capacity will be increased on Deerfoot Trail by adding a fourth continuous lane in each direction from 32 Avenue NE to Beddington Trail NW.
